Alternatively, you can choose an In Home sample collection, where our certified phlebotomist will come to your location. We will notify you when your results are ready and are accessible via AlphaDERA Labs TOD portal using your account.

Upon completing your purchase, revisit www.tod.alphaderalabs.com and select the “Schedule Appointment” option on the right side of the top navigation bar. Identify the nearest AlphaDERA Labs’ patient service center and schedule an appointment. Input your information, including your address and contact details. Verify your appointment details and click the “Schedule Appointment” button.

No, you can schedule multiple purchased tests for the same appointment.
In most cases, you can have samples collected for multiple orders within a single appointment. However, a few tests may require a separate appointment due to specific requirements.

Your purchase remains valid for 60 days from the purchase date. You have the flexibility to reschedule an appointment at any time before it expires.
When visiting a patient service center:
- Scheduled appointments are strongly encouraged for priority service.
- If you walk in, you may need to wait for the next available opening.
- Nose masks are compulsory, even if vaccinated.
- Kindly arrive and check in 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Late check-ins (over 15 minutes) will be accommodated as walk-ins.

Some tests may require fasting, and specific dietary instructions will be provided for the test you purchase.
Fasting for a lab test entails abstaining from consuming anything except water, usually for 8 hours or more. Prescription medications can still be taken during this fasting period.
Fasting ensures the most reliable results for tests that require it. If you don't fast and still want the test performed, we will note it on the report for reference.
Bring your Unique Identification Number and a valid photo ID. Open the email received on your registered email address and present your Unique ID to the registration attendant upon arrival. Also, bring your order number or a copy of your order details.

You will be notified by email once your lab test results are available. Log in to your AlphaDERA Labs results portal to view and access your results.
Turnaround times vary based on the test type. Upon availability, you will receive an email prompting you to log in and review the results on the AlphaDERA Labs results portal.
Your results will not be disclosed to your primary doctor or other healthcare providers unless you opt to share them directly. AlphaDERA Labs, however, may disclose your information or test results as required by law, such as to public health authorities.

In-Home Sample Collection
AlphaDERA Labs’ mobile phlebotomists undergo regular proficiency testing and adhere to strict safety protocols. They are up-to-date on their credentials, having passed a comprehensive safety screening and background check. Our phlebotomists have diverse backgrounds, including RNs, LPNs, Medical Assistants, Medical Technicians, and Lab Technicians.
After collection, the AlphaDERA Labs’ mobile phlebotomist will deliver the sample directly to the nearest AlphaDERA Labs diagnostics location for processing. You will receive an email notification once your lab test results are available.
After processing your In Home sample collection purchase, an email will be sent to the registered address. This email will include a link for scheduling your In Home sample collection with an AlphaDERA Labs' mobile phlebotomist.
You can reschedule your sample collection up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Changes made within 24 hours may result in cancelation, incurring the full collection fee. Cancelations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are nonrefundable and include a $10 nonrefundable administrative fee. If not completed within 60 days of purchase, your In Home sample collection will expire, and the full $55 collection fee will be charged.

Creating your TOD Account
Having an AlphaDERA Labs TOD account is essential for securely delivering your lab test results. As part of the purchase process, logging into your AlphaDERA Labs TOD account is required. If you don't have one, you'll be prompted to create an account during the purchase.
Click on Click on "Login," located in the navigation bar on the top right side of tod.alphaderalabs.com. Next, choose "Create an account" and provide the necessary information for registration. An activation confirmation email will be sent to your Inbox. If it is not in the Inbox, check your Spam and Junk folders. If not found, click "Login," re-enter your credentials, and use the pop-up window to resend the confirmation email.

While the User ID remains the same, you can update the communication email address for lab test notifications or other account-related communications.
